Kim Wansu, New Vice President of Samsung C&T Corporation

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Kim Wansu, Vice President of the Construction Division at Samsung C&T, was promoted in the '2020 Regular Executive Personnel Appointment'.

According to Samsung C&T on the 30th, the newly appointed Vice President Kim, born in 1969, holds a bachelor's degree in geology from Korea University and completed an MBA program at the University of Chicago.

He joined Samsung C&T in 2010 after working at Jacobs Engineering in the U.S. and Samsung Engineering, and has served as head of the management strategy team, head of the plant sales division, and head of the sales division.

Samsung C&T explained, "We promoted individuals with the capabilities and leadership to drive future growth to senior executive positions, strengthening the pool of candidates for top management."
