Temi acts as the store manager at ‘Miniso Gimpo Lotte Mall Branch,’ recommending and guiding products according to customer preferences. It also assists with taking selfies and certification photos with Marvel hero characters and provides QR codes for downloading via smartphones.
In the future, Temi plans to offer various services such as guidance, kiosks, security, surveillance, and cleaning. In particular, Temi’s core technologies?artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous driving, and video?will be integrated with smart technologies like machine learning (ML) and IoT to create more convenient shopping services.
