Gangnam-gu Hosts 'Employer Invitation Day'
Held on the 31st, conducted at the District Office Job Support Center every fourth Thursday of the month
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jung Soon-gyun) will hold the 'Invitation Day for Hiring Companies' at 3 PM on the 31st at the Job Support Center on the 1st floor of the district office main building.
This event invites local small and medium-sized enterprises with hiring plans to conduct one-on-one on-site interviews with job seekers. Starting next month, it will be held on the last Thursday of every month. On average, 2 to 3 companies and about 60 job seekers participate.
The district arranges employment for job seekers who submit job registration applications on-site through professional career counselors for three months, and provides free follow-up support including career management after employment, conflict counseling, and reemployment linkage.
Job seekers can check information about participating companies on the Job Support Center website (job.seoul.go.kr/gangnam) and apply in advance.
Even if they cannot apply in advance, they can write a resume and job application form on the day of the event and participate in company interviews. For inquiries, contact the Job Support Center (☎3423-5585~8).
