Gyeonggi Urban公 to Purchase 'Planned Construction Housing' to Support Housing for Young Entrepreneurs
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation is set to purchase housing under construction (before building permits or project approval) to stabilize housing for young entrepreneurs and create jobs.
This is a measure to proceed with the project by selecting developers of planned housing that meet location conditions, design standards, and housing quality, signing a pre-purchase agreement before completion, and then purchasing (sales contract) after completion, departing from the existing method of purchasing completed houses.
The target properties are planned housing to be built near stations with excellent public transportation accessibility or near metropolitan bus stops.
The target housing will be supplied as 'Youth Startup Support Housing,' a work-residence integrated rental housing that simultaneously solves housing and business space for young entrepreneurs. The number of units ranges from 16 to 25. The exclusive area per unit is 30 to 45㎡, and community facilities for startup support will also be established.
The purchase price will be calculated as the arithmetic average of appraisals from two or more appraisal institutions.
Applications can be submitted in person by March 13. For more details, please check the Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation website (www.gico.or.kr) or contact the call center (1588-0466).
