WHO Secretary-General Travels to China to Address 'Wuhan Pneumonia' Response
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), visited China on the 26th (local time) to respond to the spread of the novel coronavirus. The novel coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan, China, is rapidly spreading to countries around the world. On the 23rd, WHO concluded that it was not yet time to declare an international emergency.
