The on-site Talk Talk, held with the participation of 43 winter vacation part-time workers operated by the county, was prepared to gather youth participation and opinions during the county policy implementation process. Governor Myeong and the students freely discussed their impressions of the part-time work and the operation of the county administration.
Through the conversation, opinions were presented on topics such as the impressions felt while preparing for the opening of the toy library during the part-time period, plans to attract tourists and population inflow policies in celebration of the "2020 Year of Haenam Visit," expansion plans for part-time jobs, and ways to utilize famous YouTubers for SNS county administration promotion.
Governor Myeong Hyeon-gwan said, "Although it is a short period, I hope that through part-time work, students can increase their understanding of administrative work and the public service community, which will also help in their future career choices. We will reflect the students' good opinions in county administration and strive to develop youth policies to make Haenam a good place for young people to realize their dreams."
The on-site Talk Talk in the governor's office has been actively operated as a communication channel with various groups of county residents, holding a total of 77 sessions since the launch of the 7th local government administration, resolving 80% of the suggestions.
