On this day, Koscom announced an organizational restructuring plan that includes establishing a Digital Strategy Headquarters and reallocating the existing Future Growth Headquarters' businesses into the Data Tech Business Headquarters, Digital Authentication Business Division, and Cloud Business Division.
Through this restructuring, Koscom plans to integrate management functions with new business discovery and management innovation functions to find new growth engines and strengthen momentum for digital innovation.
At the same time, the new businesses currently being promoted by the Future Growth Headquarters were integrated with related existing businesses to enhance business execution capabilities and achieve concrete results by reorganizing the organization.
Looking at the reorganized structure, the newly established Digital Strategy Headquarters integrates the management planning role of the existing Management Support Headquarters with future business, business strategy, and management innovation roles to actively promote digital innovation.
The Data Tech Business Headquarters is an organization that combines the Information Business Division, which was responsible for CHECK and others, and the Data Office Business Department. It was created to proactively respond to data businesses that will become more active following the passage of the Credit Information Act.
The newly established Digital Authentication Business Division is an integrated organization combining the Authentication Business Division, which handled the existing certified authentication business, and the Blockchain Business Department, consolidating authentication-based businesses. Additionally, the Cloud Business Division was promoted from a department-level organization to a 'division' to expand the cloud business, a major business of the existing Future Growth Headquarters.
