Block B's Park Kyung Postpones Enlistment "Exact Reenlistment Date Not Yet Confirmed"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] Park Kyung, a member of the group Block B who raised suspicions of music chart manipulation, has postponed his military enlistment for related investigations.
Park Kyung's agency, Seven Seasons, stated through multiple media outlets on the 20th, "It is true that Park Kyung's enlistment has been postponed."
The agency added, "There is no confirmed date for his re-enlistment yet."
Park Kyung was originally scheduled to enlist on the 21st of this month but applied for a postponement to undergo investigations related to the music chart manipulation suspicions.
On the 7th, the agency released an official statement saying, "Park Kyung received a military enlistment notice to enlist on the 21st, but since the investigation regarding the (music chart manipulation controversy) is ongoing, he applied for a postponement as he wants to sincerely cooperate."
Earlier, on November 24th last year, Park Kyung sparked controversy by mentioning singers' real names in a post on his SNS, saying, "I want to do some chart manipulation like these singers."
