Daegu Buk-gu, Recruitment of Hope Complexes for Multi-family Housing Support Project
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Ju Cheol-in] Buk-gu, Daegu announced on the 20th that it will carry out a multi-family housing support project by investing a budget of 250 million KRW until the 26th of next month.
The target is multi-family housing within the region with 20 or more households, constructed under the 'Housing Act' and the 'Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Act,' and that has passed 10 years since the use inspection approval. Buk-gu, which received applications from hopeful complexes, plans to finalize the supported complexes and the scope of support through the Multi-family Housing Support Deliberation Committee review in March. For 20 projects including children's playground facilities and senior citizen centers repair, and sewer dredging within the complexes, the budget will be supported within 70% of the project cost.
In May last year, Buk-gu partially amended the 'Ordinance on Support for Multi-family Housing Management in Buk-gu, Daegu' to expand the project target to complexes with 1,000 or more households. Additionally, new projects with high resident preference, such as old transformer replacement projects within complexes, installation and improvement of garbage collection points and parcel lockers, were newly added.
