The NUGU real estate guidance service was developed based on technical cooperation between Real Estate 114 and ALAN. ALAN is a technology company that won SK Telecom's 'NUGU Play Contest' and created a service that searches real estate listings and market prices using the NUGU development kit. Real Estate 114 collaborated with ALAN to develop a real estate service API, which provides apartment listing information and market price data. Real Estate 114 offers approximately 56,000 apartment price records, and through the launch of this real estate guidance service, SK Telecom 'NUGU' users can now search the latest nationwide apartment prices and listings via the AI speaker.
The NUGU real estate guidance service starts with voice commands such as "Aria, start real estate guidance." or "Aria, search real estate information." After starting the guidance, users can ask NUGU for apartment sales information or price data by region with queries like "Tell me the sales information for OO Apartment in Seocho-gu." or "Tell me the price information for a 20-pyeong OO Apartment in Gangnam-gu."
