Recently, to ensure smooth project implementation and resident promotion, a project briefing session was held for town and township officials, NH Nonghyup Bank, the Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, and other related organizations.
The public interest allowance support targets farmers and fishermen whose non-agricultural income is less than 37 million KRW and who have been registered as farming or fishing households (including forestry workers) residing in Jindo County since before December 31, 2018.
The county plans to pay the annual 600,000 KRW public interest allowance for farmers and fishermen in two installments (May and October) in the form of Jindo Arirang gift certificates to prevent capital outflow and help revitalize self-employed businesses and small merchants.
