Kielbasa is a Polish-style smoked sausage that gained word-of-mouth popularity after a scene aired on a popular variety show where a celebrity cooked and ate it themselves. Thanks to its rich meat juice and the unique crunching sound when bitten, it is also popular as a mukbang item among YouTubers.
CU's Kielbasa Platter features a large kielbasa cooked by smoking as the main item. It is served with arrabbiata penne pasta, potato salad, and French fries, making it a hearty meal as well as a great accompaniment for beer or wine.
CU quickly introduces products using foods or ingredients that become trending topics on SNS. In fact, CU was the first in the industry to launch lunch boxes, gimbap, and triangle gimbap using mala, which was a major trend in both the food and distribution industries last year.
