Daegu Bank Selected as the Region's First Sharing Excellence Company
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 13th that it has been selected as the first ‘Nanum Myungmun Company’ in the Daegu region by the Community Chest of Korea.
Nanum Myungmun Company refers to a high-donation corporate program for companies that have donated more than 100 million KRW through the Fruit of Love campaign or have pledged donations within three years. It was planned to realize coexistence and mutual growth between companies and local communities by supporting projects needed by the local community with funds raised by encouraging donation participation from representative local companies.
In the Daegu region, Daegu Bank became the first Nanum Myungmun Company by donating more than 500 million KRW to the Fruit of Love through the DGB Social Contribution Foundation, achieving the highest grade of Gold Regular Member.
