Samjong KPMG Hosts Innovation Idea Contest 'KPMG Ideathon'
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Ji-hwan] Samjeong KPMG announced on the 13th that it will hold the 'KPMG Ideathon,' a university student innovation idea competition that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to solve corporate business problems.
Applications will be accepted until the 15th, and those who pass the document screening will participate in the Korean preliminaries of the global KPMG-hosted 'KPMG Ideathon Challenge' (KIC) starting from the 20th of next month. Additionally, more than 20 teams worldwide that pass the national preliminaries will compete in the international finals held in Seoul from March 30.
The winning team of the international finals will receive a prize of 60 million KRW as seed money to realize their idea and an internship opportunity at KPMG Lighthouse. The winning team of the domestic finals will receive a prize of 10 million KRW and an internship opportunity at Samjeong KPMG Lighthouse.
