Gwangju Bukbu Fire Station Conducts Educational Visit to Child Welfare Facility
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju Northern Fire Station (Chief Lee Wonyong) announced on the 10th that it conducted fire safety education for workers at Gwangju Aeyukwon, a child welfare facility.
The education was held with the participation of about 60 workers and children to prevent various disasters such as fires at child welfare facilities and to enhance the initial response capabilities of facility personnel in case of fire.
The main education contents included ▲ sharing fire cases in social welfare facilities ▲ methods of evacuating people and initial fire extinguishing during a fire ▲ guidance on maintenance and management of fire facilities and disposal and replacement of old fire extinguishers ▲ emergency treatment education (experience) such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
