Busan Geumryeonsan Youth Training Center, Operating '2020 Experience Program'
Astronomy, Pottery, Dyeing, and Climbing Experiences
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Yoseop] Busan Geumryeonsan Youth Training Center announced on the 10th that it will operate the '2020 Experience Program' for general groups such as lodging guests, visitors, gymnasiums, and religious organizations.
The year-round experience program includes ▲‘Stargazing Journey Together,’ which funly explores astronomy and space science through activities such as celestial observation, dome video viewing, and virtual constellation experience ▲‘Creating Pottery Together,’ where participants make various works such as mugs, plates, and ceramics using clay ▲‘Natural Dyeing Together,’ where participants dye handkerchiefs with various patterns such as stars, circles, and wave patterns using natural dyes ▲‘Enjoying Climbing Together,’ where participants wear safety equipment and challenge a 15m high artificial rock climbing wall. These programs are designed for groups to enjoy and learn together.

View original imageThe activity fee is 100,000 KRW for up to 20 people, with an additional 5,000 KRW per extra person. For pottery and natural dyeing, an additional firing and material fee of 3,000 KRW per person (one item per person) applies.
Baek Won-su, director of Geumryeonsan Youth Training Center, said, “The experience program, which attracted more than 180 groups until last year, has been organized more richly this year,” and added, “We hope many citizens will apply and participate.”
