Lotte Department Store Recruiting 7th Batch University Students for Charlotte Dreamers Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] Lotte Department Store announced on the 10th that it will recruit university students to participate in the ‘Sharotte Dreamers’ activities until the 26th.
Sharotte Dreamers is Lotte Department Store’s university student supporter program, where participating students can experience various external activities such as unique marketing activities and social contribution activities.
The Sharotte Dreamers being recruited this time are the 7th generation, held annually since 2011 with different themes each year. This year’s theme is ‘Rejoice,’ a social contribution activity (CSR) campaign to raise awareness of women’s depression, which Lotte Department Store has been implementing since 2017. University students selected as Sharotte Dreamers will plan and participate in promotional activities related to the Rejoice campaign from March to June.
In addition to these activities, monthly mentoring and practical lectures for employees will be held once a month, and in July, outstanding participants will be selected and given the opportunity for overseas cultural exploration. The 7th generation of Sharotte Dreamers will be selected in general and video fields, with a total of 20 people to be chosen through a three-stage screening process (document screening, special task screening, and interview). Applications can be submitted through the Sharotte Dreamers website.
