Sahakyeongeum Selected as a 'Family-Friendly Certified Institution' for the 4th Consecutive Time
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] The Private School Teachers' Pension Service announced on the 9th that it has been selected as a re-certified organization for the fourth consecutive time in the 2019 Family-Friendly Certification Institution evaluation hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Private School Teachers' Pension Service first received the Family-Friendly Certification in 2011. With this extension of the validity period, it will maintain its qualification for 11 years until November 2022.
The Family-Friendly Certification system is a program that certifies companies that exemplary operate policies such as childbirth and childcare support, flexible working systems, and the creation of family-friendly workplace cultures through evaluations.
The Private School Teachers' Pension Service operates various family-friendly programs, including an automatic parental leave system and healing education programs involving families, to consider the families of its organizational members. Additionally, it has introduced the PC-OFF system to proactively respond to the 52-hour workweek system, striving for a work-life balance.
