Daiso Releases Over 30 Types of Star Wars Series
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Asung Daiso (Daiso), a fixed-price lifestyle goods store, announced on the 8th that it has launched the "Star Wars Series" featuring Star Wars characters and logos.
This series features classic designs targeting Star Wars enthusiasts, along with emotional designs for the MZ generation (a term referring collectively to Millennials and Generation Z). It consists of over 30 items including automotive and travel goods, living goods, and stationery.
For automotive and travel goods, Star Wars-designed car parking number plates and car air fresheners have been released. Additionally, travel essentials such as name tags and passport cases are included.
The living goods are characterized by a proper blend of Star Wars designs and practicality. Indoor slippers featuring the Star Wars logo are made of soft and warm materials, making them highly useful in winter, and the Star Wars large-capacity water bottle has a 2.2ℓ capacity, convenient for use during exercise. Simple-style tumblers and coasters, as well as three types of cute chibi-style character dolls, are also sold.
The stationery captures the unique sentiment of Star Wars. The mobile phone case features the design of the iconic opening crawl from the Star Wars movies. The phone stand is shaped like the character Darth Vader. Laptop decorative stickers reinterpret Star Wars characters in a cute style to appeal to younger consumers. In addition, Star Wars tri-color pens and PU notebooks are available for purchase.
