[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Cuchen announced on the 6th that it will hold a cooking class invitation event for engaged couples until the 15th.
In this event, engaged couples preparing for marriage will be invited free of charge to cooking classes held on the 1st of next month at the Cuchen Experience Center Jeongja branch and Seorae Village branch, respectively. At the Jeongja branch of the Cuchen Experience Center, participants will make Xiaolongbao, crystal dumplings, and wantan noodle soup, which are Hong Kong local dishes believed to bring good fortune, while the Seorae Village branch will offer lunch menus such as kabocha squash salad and northern clam winter truffle risotto.
At the cooking class, a professional chef from a Michelin restaurant will demonstrate the cooking, after which participants will practice themselves and have a tasting session in the dining room. After the cooking class is completed, a set of three cookware items?a frying pan, a single-handle pot, and a double-handle pot?will be given to each couple.
The invitation event is being held on the official blog of the Cuchen Experience Center until the 15th, selecting four engaged couples per branch.
