Samsung Electronics will exhibit products that satisfy various consumer tastes and demands, including cube-shaped mini refrigerators such as the 'Wine Cube,' 'Beer Cube,' and 'Beauty Cube,' as well as a 'Shoe Care Device' applying the principle of the clothing refresher 'AirDresser.'
Samsung Electronics announced the 'Project PRISM' strategy in June last year, and the first result, the 'Bespoke' refrigerator, gained tremendous popularity to the extent of changing the trend in the domestic refrigerator market.
In this way, the company plans to create new value and product categories not seen in existing products to more carefully target consumers with diverse lifestyles.
The cube refrigerators will be presented in three types according to the contents stored: Wine Cube, Beer Cube, and Beauty Cube. They are designed to store wine, beer, and cosmetics at optimal temperatures respectively.
These products are especially designed by applying the cube design used in Samsung's air purifier 'Wind-Free Cube.' They can be freely placed and used anywhere in the home, such as the bedroom, kitchen, or living room. Additionally, they can be installed individually or stacked vertically, making space utilization easy and enabling stylish interior decoration.
The Shoe Care Device is an innovative product that allows easy shoe cleaning and management at home. Although many consumers are as attached to their shoes as to their clothes, there has been a significant inconvenience due to the lack of proper management methods when shoes cannot be washed with water.
By simply placing shoes in the Shoe Care Device, it removes odors and moisture, allowing shoes to be stored in optimal condition. It also enables quick drying of shoes after going out during the rainy season or snowy days. The cube refrigerators and Shoe Care Device are scheduled to be released domestically in the first half of this year.
