On the morning of the 2nd, Chairman Kang held a kick-off ceremony at Hanssem headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and in his New Year's address, he said, "Despite many difficulties and crises, let us inherit the past 50 years of Hanssem's history, which has dreamed of the future and challenged to realize it."
To achieve the vision of becoming the world's strongest company in the home interior field for the next 50 years, Chairman Kang set three mid-term goals: ▲ "Expanding market share by achieving 10 trillion KRW in domestic market sales," ▲ "Establishing a 10 trillion KRW management system by strengthening the Strategic Planning Office," and ▲ "Establishing a foundation for global Hanssem challenges."
In particular, on this day, Chairman Kang presented specific annual and mid-term goals for each of the five business divisions.
The 'Rehouse Business Division' plans to create a successful standard store model and expand it to 50 commercial districts nationwide, according to Chairman Kang's vision. To this end, they plan to develop differentiated style packages and nurture 2,500 RD employees.
The 'Online Business Division' plans to differentiate Hanssem Mall by leveraging the company's strength in installation and logistics services to expand competitive external product listings and transform it into an O2O (Online to Offline) living specialty mall.
The 'Kitchen Bach Business Division' and the 'Interior Business Division' will strengthen the competitiveness of products such as kitchens, bathrooms, and home furniture, while the 'Special Sales Business Division' is expected to enhance the competitiveness of construction material items and package construction capabilities.
The 'Strategic Planning Office' will focus on tasks such as 'cost structure innovation,' 'establishing a management system centered on division heads,' 'building management manuals,' 'strengthening external cooperation systems to enhance brand value,' 'information system innovation,' and 'establishing missions and visions for the next 50 years' to build a 10 trillion KRW management system.
