PSY to release 2nd version of "Gangnam Style" this week

A second version to solo artist PSY's hit song "Gangnam Style" will be released later this week, announced his agency YG Entertainment Monday.

YG said in a press release that PSY's follow-up video "Oppa, You're Just My Style" (translated title) and the tune itself will stream online on August 15.The new music video for "Oppa, You're Just My Style" stars 4minute's Hyuna as the female lead and the lyrics sing of the woman's perspective to PSY's global hit song "Gangnam Style."

"We have high expectations and hope that the new version of the song and the music video becomes as popular like 'Gangnam Style,'" an official with YG was quoted as saying.

PSY's "Gangnam Style," which was released on July 15, has become an international sensation with its funny lyrics and dance moves. The music video has gone viral and raked in 26 million views (as of August 13), while many international stars and world-renowned news channels such as CNN, LA Times and Wall Street Journal have raved about the tune and video.

Over the weekend, PSY gave an electrifying performance at his sold-out summer concert which took place at Seoul's Jamsil Sports Complex.
