K-pop sensation 2NE1 has carried out a new project in collaboration with Korean teenage guitarist Jung Sung-ha.

On Wednesday, the girls revealed rearranged versions of "LONELY" and "I LOVE YOU" on Korean portal website Naver's video-sharing section TVCAST.Officials of YG Entertainment said in a press release Wednesday that they have watched video clips of guitarist Jung playing 2NE1’s hit songs and suggested him to work together for the project.

2NE1 and Jung's new renditions of "I LOVE YOU" and "LONELY" feature the girls' clean vocal style and Jung's fresh interpretations of the original tunes.

The revealed video for "LONELY" begins in relaxed mood in the studio and the five artists chatting naturally with one another with microphones in their hands. “LONELY” is a monolithic example of 2NE1's international popularity, as a slew of cover songs by their global fans have been posted on YouTube upon its release.Without a question, the project was a great chance for the "FIRE" singers to give off a new feeling of "I LOVE YOU."

With a single instrument playing in the background, Minzy, Sandara Park, CL and Park Bom's unique voice stood out even more in the trot tune.

Jung Sung-ha,16, is a professional acoustic finger style guitarist who gained huge fame through his guitar-playing videos uploaded on YouTube. His official YouTube channel has attracted over 300 million views and at least 800,000 subscribers.

Hinting that this will be the last official promotion of "I LOVE YOU," the YG officials said in the statement the four-member group will now focus on their ongoing world tour, "NEW REVOLUTION."

Over the weekend, 2NE1 held two sets of their large-scale tour and they are scheduled to perform next in New Jersey, the United States on August 17.
