Korean female idols 4minute will make their comeback to the local music scene with the third mini-album next week.

A press release by their agency Cube Entertainment on Tuesday said that 4minute's new album "VOLUME UP," featuring eight tracks of different music genres, will go on sale on April 9. "VOLUME UP" will mark the girls' first album in a year after releasing their first full-length album ""4MINUTES LEFT" in April last year. The record has produced hit songs such as "Mirror Mirror" and "Heart to Heart" that fared well on various music charts.

Composed of members Ji-yoon, Ga-yoon, Ji-hyun, Hyun-a and So-hyun, 4minute made their debut in Korea with the single "Hot Issue" in 2009.

Being the first girl group in Korea to make their debut in Japan, 4minute holds a slew of hit songs such as “Hot Issue,” "Muzik," "I My Me Mine" and "Heart To Heart." ※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
