SBS' melodrama "Thousand Days Promise" held onto its position at No. 1 for its second consecutive win during the fourth week of October.
Figures from TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics) on Wednesday reported that "Promise," starring Kim Rae-won and Soo-ae, brought in viewership ratings of 14.3 percent on October 24 and 14.9 percent on yesterday's episode, showing an increase of two percentage points from last week.Data released by AGB Nielsen Media Research also indicated that the series raked in strong marks of 15.1 percent on Monday and jumped up by 2.4 percentage points the following day.
This week's episode focused on how Seo-yeon (Soo-ae) begins her struggle with amnesia while her brother Moon-kwon (Park Yu-hwan) finds out about her sickness.
MBC's historical series "Gyebaek" came in second place once again with viewership ratings in the 12 to 13 percentile range while KBS' "Poseidon" followed in its footsteps with scores in the eight percent mark.
