K-pop boy band U-Kiss will halt their promotional activities for their song "Neverland," according to their agency NH Media.

An official from NH told 10Asia over the phone on Wednesday that U-Kiss will no longer be promoting title track "Neverland," from their second full-length album, due to member Soo-hyun being diagnosed with vocal nodule. "U-Kiss was originally scheduled to promote 'Neverland' till the end of the month but Soo-hyun was advised by doctors to rest and not to strain his vocal cords," the official explained.

"We believe that Soo-hyun's condition worsened because he has led a busy schedule and sings the high notes in 'Neverland.'"

In the meantime, U-Kiss announced on their official Twitter account that they will begin promoting their follow-up track "Someday" starting October 16. The official went onto say that Soo-hyun will participate in the promotional activities for "Someday" since it will not put a strain on his vocal cords.

Soo-hyun made his debut as the leader of U-Kiss (Ubiquitous Korean International Super Star) in 2008. The boys are popular for their dance tunes "Shut Up," "Manmanhani," and "Round and Round."

The boys have been busy promoting title track "Neverland," from their second full-length album of the same name, which fared well on various online music charts since its release on September 1.
