f(x) Krystal considering appearing in popular sitcom

Krystal from five-member female band f(x) is considering appearing in an upcoming sitcom, revealed her agency SM Entertainment on Friday.

According to SM Entertainment, Krystal is positively looking into playing one of the characters to “High Kick 3,” the third season of the "High Kick" series which has been one of the most popular sitcoms in Korea since its first season in 2005.Other celebrities looking into the show are singer-turned-actor Yoon Kye-sang, former member of boy band G.O.D. who currently stars in MBC’s ongoing hit romance comedy “The Greatest Love.”

The sitcom, helmed by director Kim Byung-wook who also produced “High Kick 1” (2005) and “High Kick 2” (2009), is set to go on air on September 19.

Krystal, 16, who debuted in September 2009 as a member to f(x) along with other band mates Victoria, Luna, Amber and Sulli with single "LA chA Ta" will begin promoting the song “Hot Summer” from their repackaged first full-length album “PINOCCHIO” later today.※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
