Korean boy band F.CUZ’s new song “Midnight Sun” ranked first on a daily Taiwanese music chart over the weekend

F.CUZ’s agency CAN&J's Entertainment announced Monday that “Midnight Sun,” the title track to the four-member boy band’s second mini-album “Gorgeous,” topped Taiwan’s ezPeer K-pop and J-pop daily music chart as of November 27.“Midnight Sun,” composed by the famed Kim Hyung-suk, describes how a guy hopelessly in love feels yet also suffers from conflicting feelings that stem from strong emotions.

The music video to the song was unveiled in various online music sites on November 18.

The album, set for official release in Taiwan on December 9, features 11 tracks also includes the Korean remake of Taiwanese singer Kenji Wu’s hit ballad whose title is translated into “It’s Okay.” F.CUZ composed of members Kan, Yejun, JinOn and LeeU debuted with digital single “JIGGY” in January this year. The group earned its first recognition in Taiwan with their first mini-album “No One” which claimed No.1 on the album chart immediately upon its release in May.

The members have led a busy year so far, having visited various Asian countries such as Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and Japan to hold showcases and mini-concerts to promote themselves and their songs.
