Yoo Haejin stated, "I decided to make this donation because I hope that patients fighting cancer can overcome their difficult treatment journeys and regain their everyday lives. I sincerely hope that many cancer patients will be able to receive treatment in a more comfortable and safer environment."

In 2022, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Yoo Haejin donated 50 million won to Seoul Asan Medical Center to support medical staff and contribute to the treatment of pediatric patients. He followed this with an additional 50 million won donation in 2023. With this latest contribution, his total donations to Seoul Asan Medical Center have reached 200 million won.

Seoul Asan Medical Center plans to use Yoo Haejin's donation to build advanced treatment systems for cancer patients and to improve the treatment environment.
