Home&Shopping announced on May 13 that it will strengthen its customer-customized quality services to help customers make more informed purchasing decisions.

View original imageThe Home&Shopping QA (Quality Assurance) Team is advancing its customer service by introducing the following: ▲Size Recommendation Service ▲Quality Expert Tips ▲Revamped Plus Information Notification Service. The focus is on providing customers with easier and more accurate product information at every stage—from before purchase to post-purchase use—in order to enhance trust in product quality.
First, the 'Size Recommendation Service' is a personalized service that suggests the best size based on purchase data from other customers with similar body types. This service aims to reduce customer inconvenience when selecting sizes for clothing products and to provide a more satisfying shopping experience.
To celebrate the launch of its self-developed Size Recommendation Service, Home&Shopping will hold a customer participation event from May 13 to June 1. All customers who purchase eligible products and leave a review will receive 3,000 won in reward points.
The 'Quality Expert Tips' service is also being newly introduced. Quality experts from the QA Team will directly provide guidance on product characteristics, usage instructions, and pre-purchase checklists to help customers better understand and properly use the products. In particular, the service is expected to improve product utilization and customer satisfaction by offering information that customers might easily overlook or must check before use, all from the perspective of quality specialists.
The 'Plus Information Notification Service' for existing purchasing customers has also undergone a complete overhaul. Home&Shopping has been providing product-related information and handling precautions via notification messages, and with this update, the readability and clarity of these messages have been significantly enhanced. As a result, customers can now check the key information about their purchased products more intuitively and conveniently.
A Home&Shopping representative stated, "The core of this service update is to provide the necessary information more easily and accurately throughout the entire process of selecting and using products," adding, "We will continue to expand a variety of quality-based services leveraging the expertise of the QA Team to further enhance customer satisfaction."
