‘Spring Treasure Hunt & Stamp Tour’ to Be Held at Geochang Changpowon

Program Runs During ‘Geochang On Spring Festival’ from May 14 to 17

Find Treasure Character Mascots and Collect Stickers for a Chance to Win Prizes

Geochang County announced that during the 'Geochang On Spring Festival,' which will be held for four days from May 14 to 17 at Geochang Changpowon, it will operate the 'Spring Treasure Hunt & Stamp Tour' program in conjunction with the '2026 National Children's Gyeongnam Tourism Treasure Hunt Festa.'

This program is an experiential tourism event themed around childhood memories of spring picnics and treasure hunts. It allows children and family visitors to explore various areas of the festival venue, search for treasure character mascots, and complete a range of missions.

Participants must find five hidden treasure character mascots throughout the Geochang Changpowon festival venue and complete the missions assigned by each character to collect 'Pieces of Spring' stickers.

Participants who collect at least three stickers will receive a small prize, while those who collect all five will have an additional chance to win prizes such as mobile gift certificates, shopping vouchers, and tourism character goods through a lucky draw.

Visitors who wish to participate can receive a 'Treasure Hunt & Stamp Tour' booklet at the operating booth located on the lawn square of Geochang Changpowon and are free to tour the festival grounds while completing missions.

Ok Jin-sook, Head of Tourism Promotion, said, "This program was designed so that families can relive the excitement and joy of childhood treasure hunts together," adding, "I hope you create special memories while enjoying the beautiful spring scenery of Geochang Changpowon."

Meanwhile, Geochang County will also operate the 'Geochang Tourism Promotion Booth' during the festival period, introducing a variety of interactive programs such as the Geochang Tourism Instagram follow event, the 'Slow Mailbox' experience, and promotions for tourism character mascots and goods.
