LG Electronics is accelerating its entry into the premium residential market by supplying a total senior-customized solution to a high-end senior residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul. On May 12, LG Electronics announced that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Bricks Investment, and will provide a customized total solution for the premium senior residence "Soyohannam by Parnas" (hereafter "Soyohannam") being developed in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Bricks Investment is responsible for planning and overall management, while POSCO E&C will handle construction.
LG Electronics plans to participate as a consulting partner from the design and construction stages, proposing optimal products and solutions suitable for a premium residential complex. The company plans to provide a wide range of electronic devices such as HVAC systems, built-in appliances, and digital signage, as well as integrated control solutions like Building Management System (BMS) and Intelligent Building System (IBS). Furthermore, LG Electronics aims to build a comprehensive platform that encompasses the entire living and operational environment by combining senior-specialized solutions, robots, and AI home solutions.
In particular, LG Electronics plans to create a space where the entire indoor air is automatically and consistently kept comfortable and clean, not only through built-in heating and cooling systems but also with the Bath Air System, taking into account the unique characteristics of the site where senior residents live.

In particular, the heating function that helps maintain body temperature before and after bathing has been highly praised by households with young children and senior residents alike.
Chae Sangcheol, Executive Director of Korea ES Marketing at LG Electronics, said, "Through this supply project, LG Electronics aims to set a new standard for premium lifestyles by managing not only the air quality in living rooms and bedrooms but also in bathrooms. Beyond simply supplying products, we intend to introduce a smart residential environment where housing, healthcare, and operational management are organically connected." He added, "Starting in mid-May, we will also ramp up communication with B2C customers through digital campaigns that highlight the value of bathroom spaces."
