Recruitment for Five Departments
Three-Month Hands-On Experience

Hanon Systems, a global automotive thermal energy management solutions company under Korea & Company Group, announced on May 12 that it is recruiting for its 2026 first-half recruitment-linked internship program.

The recruitment covers five broad areas: ▲ R&D (software development, patent management, HVAC controller development, thermal management system development, compressor/drive motor development, coolant module development, advanced electronic component development); ▲ business planning (strategic innovation); ▲ business support (international accounting, finance, purchasing (electronic components), digital innovation, digital applications, digital security); ▲ production support (import/export management, environmental safety); and ▲ production/production engineering (manufacturing technology, facility maintenance).

Applications can be submitted online through the Hanon Systems recruitment website until 4:00 p.m. on May 19. After an initial document screening, successful candidates will proceed through the first and second interviews and an aptitude test in June, with final selections to be made in July. Selected interns will work on-site for approximately three months, and those who perform exceptionally well during the internship will be offered the opportunity to convert to full-time positions.

This internship offers more than just work experience; it is designed to enable participants to engage in real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in a global collaborative environment, thereby enhancing their practical skills. In particular, Hanon Systems, which has been making new strides as a member of Korea & Company Group since 2025, aims to strengthen the group’s future growth engines through this recruitment initiative.
