The Senior Impact Fellowship is a social contribution program jointly operated to support the stable growth of innovators seeking to address social issues in the senior sector through business solutions.

The two organizations are conducting this initiative based on the shared belief that innovation transforming the lives of seniors is directly linked to a sustainable future for society. Since launching the program in 2023, they have discovered promising social innovation entrepreneurs in a variety of fields, including senior healthcare, employment, leisure, and culture.

Entrepreneurs wishing to participate can apply until June 5. For more details, inquiries can be directed to the Startup Incubation Team at the Work Together Foundation. Anyone operating an innovative business model in the senior sector, whether as an individual or a corporation as of the announcement date, is eligible to apply. The evaluation process consists of a document review, on-site inspection, and presentation evaluation. The main criteria are: ▲clarity in defining social issues related to seniors, ▲innovation in the business model, ▲potential for creating social value and market growth, and ▲the entrepreneur's capacity for execution and leadership.

Selected fellow companies will receive a total seed fund of 30 million won per year, and beyond simple financial support, they will also be offered substantial opportunities for business expansion. Key support includes: ▲reviewing potential collaboration with Yuhan-Kimberly's senior-related products, services, and campaigns, ▲customized mentoring and consulting from senior sector experts, ▲networking opportunities in the senior field, and ▲sharing insights from external experts as part of a comprehensive capacity-building program. In addition, an advisory committee with extensive experience in senior employment and welfare will provide practical and realistic advice.

A Yuhan-Kimberly social contribution manager stated, "By helping to address the challenges of a super-aged society, the Senior Impact Fellowship aims to serve as a catalyst that increases the potential of the senior industry. We will continue to pursue multi-stakeholder collaboration with the Work Together Foundation and experts in the field."
