YG Entertainment announced on the 7th that it will issue a commemorative stamp celebrating Blackpink's 10th anniversary in collaboration with Korea Post under the Ministry of Science and ICT on June 16 next month.

Commemorative stamps are typically produced to honor national events or figures. It is rare for a living individual other than a president to be selected, but Blackpink has become the first K-pop female artist to be featured on such a stamp.

This stamp set consists of 10 types in total. By using Blackpink's entire album jacket images, it captures the group's decade-long musical journey. The commemorative stamp packet to be released together will include portraits of the members and images from major performances.

Official sales will begin on June 16 at post offices nationwide and through the Korea Post online website. Before that, an online pre-sale will be held from 7 p.m. on June 12 until midnight on June 15. International fans will be able to purchase through YG SELECT and the English-language site of Korea Post.
