On November 25, the Kkumdream Center for Out-of-School Youth Support in Goryeong County (Governor Lee Namcheol) attended the 2025 graduation ceremony for out-of-school youth held at the Andong Grand Hotel, celebrating the students' graduation and encouraging their future challenges.

View original imageDuring the event, awards were presented to outstanding youth and learning support teams who demonstrated dedication to academics, self-development, and learning support activities. One of the participants from Goryeong County Kkumdream received the Gyeongbuk Provincial Superintendent of Education Award, adding further meaning to the time spent growing together.
Additionally, graduates shared heartfelt moments by reading letters to their juniors and declaring pledges to themselves for the future, sincerely reflecting on their personal growth and future plans.
Park Hyunsoo, Director of the Goryeong County Center for Out-of-School Youth Support, stated, “Graduation is not an end, but a new beginning,” and added, “We will continue to provide tailored support so that youth can find their own paths.”
The Goryeong County Center for Out-of-School Youth Support Kkumdream operates a variety of programs aimed at helping youth who have left school return to their studies and achieve independence, including learning support, counseling, career exploration, and qualification acquisition.
