Guri City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyunghyeon) announced on November 12 that, in line with the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test to be held on November 13, the city will deploy 20 taxis to provide free transportation services for test-takers starting from 6 a.m.
The free transportation service will operate from two locations-Doldari Taxi Stand and Guri Station Bus Stop-to the test centers within the city. Twenty taxis marked with "Free Transport for Test-Takers" signs will be stationed for this service.
The city plans to minimize inconvenience for test-takers traveling to the six test centers in Guri (Inchang High School, Topyeong High School, Guri High School, Guri Girls' High School, Sutaek High School, and Galmae High School) through this initiative.
Additionally, to ensure smooth traffic flow on the day of the test, around 50 members of the Model Drivers' Association and approximately 20 members of the Traffic Volunteer Corps will be stationed on major roads to provide traffic guidance and maintain order.
Baek Kyunghyeon, Mayor of Guri, stated, "We will provide thorough support to ensure that test-takers sitting for the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test can travel to the test centers safely and smoothly," and added, "We ask for the warm encouragement and cooperation of all citizens so that the students can fully demonstrate the results of their hard work."
