Shilla Duty Free announced on the 26th that it has attracted large cruise group tourists in line with the temporary visa-free entry for Chinese group tourists, which will be implemented starting on the 29th.

View original imagePassengers aboard the 77,000-ton Dream, operated by Tianjin Dongfang International Cruise, a Chinese cruise line making its first call at Incheon Port, are scheduled to visit the Shilla Duty Free Seoul branch.
Shilla Duty Free plans to hold a welcoming event for the Dream’s group tourists visiting the Seoul branch by presenting them with bouquets. In addition, as a gesture of welcome, the company will offer promotional gifts and discounts of up to 60% on popular cosmetic brands among Chinese tourists. Shilla Duty Free will also provide a Gold Pass, granting benefits equivalent to Gold membership status, to further express their hospitality.
A Shilla Duty Free representative stated, "We expect many more group tourists to visit following this initial visit," adding, "We will fully prepare by reorganizing our shopping environment and strengthening our marketing activities."
