Suwon Nambu Fire Station announced that it operated a fire safety experience booth for children at the Suwon Sports Complex Indoor Gymnasium for two days, from July 22 to 23.

The event was organized by the Suwon Children's Meal Support Center and was held under the name "2025 Sani's Healthy Playground."

Approximately 2,500 children from the Suwon area participated in the event. Various hands-on activities were provided, with a focus on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training to help children learn how to save lives in emergency situations.

In particular, the experience booth offered hands-on programs that allowed children to easily and enjoyably participate, such as CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) training, as well as a photo zone for trying on firefighting gear.

Ko Youngju, Chief of Suwon Nambu Fire Station, said, "CPR is an essential skill that can save precious lives in critical moments," and added, "We will continue to actively support children so that they can develop the ability to respond to emergencies through CPR education."
