Opened in October 2016, the Gongeongjikjang Pureundeul Daycare Center is a workplace daycare facility caring for 104 children aged from 0 to 5 years old.

A workplace daycare center is a facility directly established and operated by an employer for their workers. It is run to alleviate childcare issues for workers, provide economic benefits for childcare, and help working women overcome career interruptions.

Considering the unique characteristics of the Service, the Gongeongjikjang Pureundeul Daycare Center operates extended care classes and offers high-quality childcare services through specialized programs such as community linkage activities, creative convergence programs, ESD programs, and 3D character development programs to improve childcare quality.

Additionally, this facility has been striving to create a safe and high-quality nurturing environment, having received an A grade certification in the daycare center evaluation system this year and being reselected as an excellent open daycare center for two consecutive years.

Chairman Jong-gil Park stated, “We will do our best to alleviate workers’ childcare concerns, achieve a balance between work and family for a happy life, and promote a family-friendly workplace culture where employees and their families can thrive together.”
