Hongdae Red Road Lee Sanghee Violinist Enchants with Beautiful Melodies

On the afternoon of June 16, a violin performance by Lee Sanghee and Friends and an accordion orchestra performance by Kim Jiyeon took place at Hongdae Red Road Hotpocha in Mapo-gu (District Mayor Park Gangsu).

This performance was held alongside the presentation ceremony of a filial piety meal sketch painting created by a member of Lee Sanghee and Friends.

As the beautiful melodies filled Hongdae Red Road, not only the audience but also passing tourists paused briefly to focus on the performance.

On that day, Park Gangsu, Mayor of Mapo-gu, said, “I sincerely thank Lee Sanghee and Friends and Kim Jiyeon Accordion Orchestra for their wonderful performances at Hongdae Red Road Hotpocha,” adding, “Mapo-gu will do its best to ensure that more enriching performances for our lives can be held at Hongdae Red Road.”

Another performance by Lee Sanghee and Friends is scheduled to take place at Hongdae Red Road Hotpocha on Sunday, August 25, the last Sunday of August.
