This sharing project has been steadily carried out annually for six years since 2019.
Jo Jae-cheol, director of Mongo Foods, said, “Through practicing sharing, we communicate with our neighbors and, although it is a small sharing, we want to repay the love we have received from the local community.”
Choi Min-ryeon, president of the Gyeongnam Federation of Farm Housewives Association, said, “Visiting and delivering directly to marginalized groups in rural areas allows not only sharing packages but also emotional communication, which makes it rewarding.”
Cho Geun-su, head of Gyeongnam Nonghyup, said, “I hope this package will be of some help to the increasing number of single elderly and marginalized groups due to the aging of rural areas,” and added, “Gyeongnam Nonghyup will continue to take the lead in spreading the culture of sharing in the region.”
