The first phase of the Pyeongchon District urban development project in Daejeon has been completed. Corporate move-in will be possible starting next month.
According to Daejeon City on the 9th, the Pyeongchon District urban development project is being promoted to create an eco-friendly mold industry specialized complex in two phases on a 219,307㎡ site in Sintanjin-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon.
The entire project period is scheduled to be completed by December 2025. The total project cost is 111 billion KRW.
Among them, the first phase covers a total area of 140,687㎡, developing industrial facility land (72,582㎡), support facility land (14,660㎡), and public facility land (53,445㎡).
Currently, 100% of the industrial facility land in the first phase has been sold. Additionally, 85% of the support facility land has been sold, with 66 companies having signed contracts. Those who have paid the fees will be able to move in starting next month.
Park Pil-woo, Director of the Urban Housing Bureau of Daejeon City, said, “With the completion of the first phase, corporate move-in is now possible from next month. Daejeon City will begin the second phase of the project by the end of this year and ensure the project is completed as scheduled by December 2025.”
