The exhibition and appraisal event is organized with the goal of domesticating garden plants and diversifying varieties, involving 37 companies and forestry and farming households related to garden plant breeding, production, and distribution, providing a platform to present the importance and future direction of K-garden plants.

During the event, visitors can view 550 new garden plant varieties, mainly consisting of native plants and cultivated varieties, all in one place.

Han Su-jeong will also provide on-site explanation services to enhance visitors’ understanding.

Additionally, an appraisal panel composed of 250 people including plant and garden experts and the public will comprehensively evaluate the exhibited plants based on color, texture, novelty, and other factors. Plants recognized for excellence will be recommended as ‘Garden Plant of the Year’ and ‘People’s Favorite Plant for the First Half of the Year.’
