KT&G Halts Sales and Voluntarily Recalls Two Products

Cigarettes have been causing trouble day after day. KT&G is temporarily suspending the sales of 'Mix Ice Double' following 'Raison French Cleo.'

On the 9th, KT&G stated, "We are conducting exchanges and other measures for the 'Mix Ice Double' and 'Raison French Cleo' products, and we are doing our best to normalize supply as soon as possible," adding, "We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused to consumers due to the temporary suspension of product sales."

On the 3rd, KT&G temporarily suspended sales of 'Mix Ice Double' and initiated a voluntary recall. This action was taken in response to consumer complaints regarding products from specific manufacturing dates. The investigation revealed that the problem was with an external supplier providing the flavoring. Due to carelessness in mixing the flavoring, an off-odor occurred in the product.

For the same reason, KT&G also decided to temporarily suspend sales and recall the Raison French Cleo product on the same day.
