Considering the difficult situation at business sites due to the spread of COVID-19 this year, the bank did not hold a separate event but delivered a commemorative speech through the in-house broadcast by President Jin Okdong.

President Jin Okdong first expressed gratitude to the employees who have been a strong support for each other despite the difficulties caused by COVID-19, stating, "The justification for the launch of the integrated Shinhan Bank lies in creating customer value, and the business sites facing customers remain the core of the bank, unchanged then and now."
