[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 1st that it will hire around 200 new and experienced employees in the first half of this year. The recruitment sectors include ▲IT ▲Job Specialists (ICT Recruiter) ▲Veterans ▲Experienced professionals in ICT, capital markets, and other fields.


First, IT recruitment will be conducted to expand non-face-to-face platforms and new services. The job specialist sector will recruit experienced ICT recruiters to promptly respond to various hiring demands arising from changes in the banking industry.


The IT recruitment process consists of document screening, coding test, first interview, and second interview. The job specialist sector includes document screening and two rounds of interviews, while the special veterans recruitment process consists of document screening and interviews.


Separately, KB Kookmin Bank is continuously recruiting experienced professionals in core growth areas such as digital, ICT, and capital markets. To transition into a 'KB-type platform organization,' the ICT recruitment sector is being expanded. It consists of 13 sectors including ▲Agile Coach ▲Financial AI ▲Cloud ▲Data ▲Banking Service Development ▲Application Development, and after document screening, practical and executive interviews will be conducted on the same day to quickly expand the workforce.


Additionally, to cultivate excellent global IB talent, the 'Global IB Apprentice' program, which has been conducted since 2021 for domestic and international job seekers during vacation periods, will be held again this year. Outstanding participants will be exempted from document and written tests when applying for new employee (L1) recruitment in the global IB sector.
