[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] GS Shop announced on the 12th that it will provide a ‘Quality Inspection (QA) Activity Virtual Tour’ service for its partners.


The QA Activity Virtual Tour is a service that uses digital twin technology to capture GS Gangseo N Tower headquarters lobby, quality research team laboratories, logistics centers, and more, and implements them as three-dimensional (3D) models. The virtual space perfectly replicates the actual inspection locations, inspection equipment, and objects, allowing partners to have a special experience as if they were on site.


GS Shop’s quality inspection is an essential process to provide customers with high-quality products, consisting of kickoff meetings, document and sample checks, product tests, on-site inspections, and incoming inspections. Partners can view step-by-step explanations and videos following the guidance from the initial stage. They can also move freely to desired spaces and explore details using a 360-degree view to closely examine the process.



A GS Retail official stated, “We expect the time required for store entry to be shortened as partners who found quality inspections difficult can experience the process in advance.”
