[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the afternoon of the 4th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, visited the home of a mobility-impaired elderly person living alone in Mullae-dong to check on their well-being and delivered items brought from the ‘0 Won Market’.

On the same day, Mayor Chae received Lunar New Year support items from companies and churches including Koscom, KAMCO, Bon I F, and Yeouido Baptist Church in front of Yeongwon Market (Food Bank No. 1). Together with members of the Yeongdeungpo Social Welfare Council volunteer group, he visited mobility-impaired elderly people living alone in Mullae-dong and delivered food items such as rice, ramen, and strawberries.

Mayor Chae said, "I sincerely thank everyone who continues warm sharing activities for vulnerable groups, and I will do my utmost to discover and support those in welfare blind spots."
